  • Who can report absentee voting?

    - Voters who are unable to move due to serious physical disabilities

    - Voters staying in hospitals, nursing homes, detention centers, prisons, or detention centers

    - Soldiers or police officers working on bases or ships that are too far away to vote at early voting stations and polling stations

    - People living on remote islands as determined by the National Election Commission

    - Voters in quarantine, etc.

  • How to Report

    - Fill out the absentee voting report form and submit it by mail or in person to the head of the ward, city, or county where you are registered as a resident (※ Postage is free)

    - Voters staying in hospitals, nursing homes, detention centers, prisons, or detention centers

    - Submit it through the Internet homepage operated by the ward, city, or county where you are registered as a resident
