재외선거권자
· 재외선거인 : 주민등록이 되어있지 않은 18세 이상(2004년 3월 10일에 태어난 사람까지)의 대한민국 국민으로서 외국에서 투표하려는 사람
· 국외부재자 : 주민등록이 되어있는 18세 이상(2004년 3월 10일에 태어난 사람까지)의 대한민국 국민으로서 외국에서 투표하려는 사람

신고·등록신청방법
· 인터넷 이용(ova.nec.go.kr)
· 공관방문 / 순회접수
· 우편 이용 / 전자우편(e-mail) 이용

명부 열람 및 이의신청
기간 : 2022.01.29.~ 02.02.(5일간)
방법 : 중앙선거관리위원회,주소지 관할구·시·군청 홈페이지 등에서 열람 및 이의신청 가능

투표기간
2022.02.23. ~ 02.28. 매일 08:00~17:00 기간 중 공관별로 기간을 달리 정할 수 있음

투표장소 : 재외선거관리위원회가 정하는 장소

투표대상 : 국외부재자신고인명부 및 재외선거인명부에 등재된 사람

준비물
· 재외선거인 : 신분증명서 +국적확인서류원본
                     ※ 국적확인서류에 사진이 첩부된 경우 별도의 신분증은 필요없음
· 국외부재자 : 신분증명서

※ 신분증명서란?
대한민국 관공서 또는 공공기관이 발행한 여권, 주민등록증, 운전면허증, 공무원증 등 사진이 부착된 신분증명서
거류국 정부가 발행한 성명, 생년월일이 기재되어 본인 확인이 가능하고 사진이 부착된 신분증명서

귀국투표
재외투표기간 개시일(02.23.）전에 귀국한 재외선거인과 국외부재자는 선거관리위원회에 신고 후 선거일(03.09.)에 국내투표소에서 투표할 수 있습니다.
※ 단, 사전투표소에서는 투표할 수 없음

Overseas voters
· Overseas voters : Korean citizens of 18 years old or over (people born on March 10, 2004 or before) who are not registered residents in Korea and expecting to vote overseas
· Overseas absentee : Korean citizens of 18 years old or over (people born on March 10, 2004 or before) who are registered residents in Korea and expecting to vote overseas

How to Register as an Overseas Absentee or an Overseas Voter
· On the lnternet(ova.nec.go.kr)
· Visiting the diplomatic mission or a mobile office
· By post or e-mail

Voters List Browsing and Appeals
Period : January 29, 2022- February 2, 2022 (5 days)
Method : Voters list viewing and appeal application can be done on the websites of the National Election Commission and Gu/Si/Gun District Office, etc.

Voting Period
February 23. 2022 - February 28. 2022 I Every day from 08:00 to 17:00 I
The voting days may vary by diplomatic mission within the set overseas voting period.

Voting Location : As designated by the Overseas Election Commissions

Eligible Voters : Individuals who have reported as an overseas absentee or registered as an overseas voter

Requirements
Overseas voter : Identification + Original copy of proof of nationality
                         ※ With an Original copy of proof of nationality with a photo attached, an identification card is not required.
Overseas absentee : Identification

※ What counts as valid identification?
- Identification with a photo attached such as a passport, resident registration card, driver's license, public official ID card and such issued by a Korean government office or public institution

- Any Identification with a photo issued by the government of the residing country that can confirm someone's identity that includes name and date of birth

Voting Upon Return
Overseas voters and absentees who return before the start day of the overseas voting period (February 23) can vote at their domestic polling
station on the election day (March 9) after reporting to the election commission
※ However, early voting is not permitted
